On May 14, 2026, the PRANA team had the opportunity to attend an interesting event—«Financing Growth for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Sectors» – organized by the Lviv Union of Architects and the SGAI program. The event took place in the very heart of Lviv—the historic «Powder Tower» building.

Representing PRANA at the in-person session were: Olena Davydiuk, Head of Marketing; Volodymyr Fejora, Head of Sales; and Olya Shabalova, Project Manager.

The main topic of discussion at the event was the development of the international construction market and related industries. In Ukraine, the construction sector is currently undergoing rapid transformation, despite all the challenges. That is why increasing attention is being paid to energy-efficient solutions that will help renovate the existing housing stock and design new housing that is as comfortable and high-quality as possible.

The offline session’s program was quite packed and informative. Among the event’s speakers were:

  • Dmytro Symovonyk is the director of the SEAF Lviv Construction & Recovery Fund. During his presentation, Dmytro provided a detailed overview of the SGAI program, foreign investment in the construction sector, the development of the construction industry ecosystem, collaboration between companies and contractors, digital solutions and innovations, and the development of the construction industry ecosystem and collaboration between companies and contractors.
  • Olena Hlynka is the head of Invest Office. The speaker provided examples of current grant programs for SMEs in the fields of architecture, design, and engineering, and shared tools that help meet the needs of businesses through grant and investment programs, practical advice on preparing grant applications, and her experience in securing over 200 million hryvnias in grant funding.

Special attention during the discussions was also given to grant programs for creative sector enterprises—design and architecture firms—aimed at business development and scaling.

In particular, Robert Webster, Managing Director of the SEAF Lviv Construction & Recovery Fund, shared information with participants on investment instruments, debt financing, business risks, and key factors in a company’s investment readiness.

Another key topic of discussion was energy efficiency in modern architecture and the construction industry. This topic is particularly close to PRANA’s heart, as our company has been manufacturing energy-efficient ventilation systems for many years, helping to create a healthy indoor environment.

Such events are particularly important for business, as they help companies better navigate the market and develop effective strategies for growth and scaling.

Thank you to the organizers for the invitation and valuable insights! See you at future events!
