On September 29, 2026, we had the opportunity to attend the annual “Women Building the Future” forum. The event was organized by Kraizel, a leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials. The event brought together thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and experts who have achieved significant success in their respective fields. Until recently, most of these professions were considered exclusively male, but these women have proven otherwise.

We were very interested to hear about developments in the construction industry, innovations, and women’s leadership.

Olena Yuzkova’s presentation was particularly interesting; she emphasized that the modern world needs leadership and the ability to empower those around us.

In her speech, Natalia Prisukhina placed significant emphasis on supporting the team, unlocking people’s potential, and creating space for their growth and accountability.

Yulia Skichko, a representative of the Alef Stroy Group, spoke about the challenges facing the construction industry and the women who have mastered the operation of heavy construction equipment. Involving women in professions that were previously considered male-dominated helps keep projects moving forward and brings large-scale projects to fruition.

For some reason, when we hear the word “construction,” we imagine complex projects, hard physical labor, and men. In reality, women’s contribution to this field is also significant and deserves to be highlighted more often.

We had the opportunity to speak with the event’s participants and speakers about PRANA’s energy-efficient ventilation technologies. We discussed the role and specifics of incorporating ventilation into modern construction projects and exchanged contact information and ideas. We look forward to continuing our professional relationship and collaborating on exciting projects.

Thank you to Kraizel for the warm invitation to such an informative and important event. See you soon!
