The IV International Scientific and Practical Conference «Energy Efficient University» took place at the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design on October 26, 2017. The conference was organized by:

• the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;
• the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine;
• the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine.

During the official opening of the conference, the participants and guests of the event were welcomed by the rector of KNUTD Grishchenko Ivan Mikhailovich. The event was dedicated to the use of advanced technologies in the sphere in energy conservation and principles of energy-efficient models of buildings.

The guests were told about the implementation of energy-saving system solutions aimed at reducing energy consumption. In addition to teachers and government representatives, the conference was attended by representatives of businesses and companies that are so-called «front-runners» in the field of energy conservation.

Among the participants and speakers, the director of LLC «PRANA Platinum» Roman Romanovich Kuzich presented the report on the topic: «The successful experience of the Ukrainian manufacturer of energy-efficient ventilation».

The result of the conference was a positive experience exchange about the energy-saving technologies for their integrated use. Prana also became the official partner of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design. The institution was provided with samples of equipment, demonstrative theoretical materials and research materials in the field of energy-efficient ventilation.

Students will be able to study effectively, improve and test their acquired knowledge in practice, which should give an opportunity to raise the professional level of specialists of Ukrainian universities in the near future.
