Oksana Voloshyna’s Sleep Therapy Center has awarded PRANA with a quality certificate for its significant contribution to healthy sleep!

In an effort to popularize knowledge about the importance of quality air and ventilation for human life and well-being, we made a joint educational video with the founder of the Somnotherapy Center, Ms. Oksana Voloshyna.  Having discussed and studied the issue of the impact of quality air on sleep, we managed to come up with a number of extremely important points.

The physiology of sleep

Sleep is a complex physiological process that consists of several phases. The main ones are REM (rapid eye movement) and NREM (non-REM) sleep. Each phase has its own characteristics:

  • NREM: consists of three stages that range from light sleep to deep sleep. At this stage, the body recovers strength, tissue regeneration occurs, heart rate decreases, and body temperature decreases. At this time, the brain actively processes the information accumulated during the day.

  • REM: This phase is characterized by brain activity similar to that observed during wakefulness. During this time, we dream, and memory consolidation occurs, during which information is transferred from short-term to long-term memory. During the REM phase, the body remains paralyzed to prevent actions that may occur during dreams.

The quality of sleep directly depends on environmental conditions, including air quality. Studies show that a lack of oxygen during sleep can lead to frequent waking, lack of deep sleep, and ultimately chronic fatigue.

Why is air quality important for sleep?

Scientific research confirms that fresh, oxygenated air makes it easier to fall asleep, sleep deeply, and wake up refreshed. Scientists have proven that in order to put a person in a state of sleep, the brain needs to lower the body temperature.

Thanks to the recuperation technology, PRANA smart ventilation systems maintain a comfortable indoor climate without the need to open windows, providing a constant flow of fresh air while retaining heat and humidity. This helps to avoid problems such as stuffiness, condensation on the windows, and mold, which can cause allergies, headaches, and affect sleep quality.

How does PRANA create ideal sleeping conditions?

The quality certificate from the Oksana Voloshyna Center for Somnotherapy confirms that PRANA recuperators meet the highest quality standards for improving sleep conditions. The main advantages of recuperators:

  • maintaining a stable oxygen level, which is important for a good night’s rest;
  • several operating modes that are optimal for each type of room;
  • optimization of the air humidity level, creating a comfortable microclimate;
  • filtration from dust and allergens, which is especially important for people prone to allergies.
Common mission: healthy sleep and quality of life

The combination of the experience of the Center for Somnotherapy and PRANA’s innovative technologies is aimed at helping more people create ideal conditions for relaxation, comfort and health.

We are also grateful to the Oksana Voloshyna Center for Somnotherapy for awarding our company with a quality certificate. After all, modern PRANA recuperators not only provide fresh air supply, but also create optimal conditions for relaxation without interference and improve the quality of life of people who strive for healthy sleep
