From May 12 to 14, 2026, as part of the Cool Clima Kyiv and Aquatherm Kyiv exhibitions, one of the most anticipated events for young professionals and students took place: the CHILL PRO Students Awards competition.

PRANA served as the official partner of the competition, supporting young people in their professional development, pursuit of new knowledge, and improvement of practical skills. It was especially rewarding for us to see how students actively and purposefully pursue their goals, because the future of the industry lies with such professionals.

Over the course of three intense days, students from educational institutions across Ukraine demonstrated their technical knowledge in the HVAC field, competing against one another for the title of the best. Contest participants performed installation work, conducted engineering calculations, and configured equipment.

In our opinion, events like this are very important for young professionals, as they provide a direct opportunity to interact with industry representatives and gain valuable advice and knowledge.

We were delighted to share our own experience from many years of work in the ventilation sector with the contestants. We hope that the information they received will help these young professionals in their future careers.
