How can a consumer become a participant in the program?

• Apply for a card to which the state will transfer funds, either a virtual card in your mobile banking application or a physical card at the bank.
• Authorize the transfer of transaction data from selected cards when purchasing goods in stores that have joined the program. You can do this in the banking application or in the bank.
• Update the Diia mobile application and select the National Cashback service.

How to get cashback?

1. Purchase a participating recuperator from companies that support cashback.
2. Pay for the purchase with a bank card.
3. Receive 10% cashback from the purchase of Ukrainian goods to a special account. You can use the accrual until January 31, 2025.

When will the cashback be credited to the card?

• Cashback can be checked the next day in the Diia app.
• Cashback will be credited to the card once a month until the 20th of the following month.
• It will not be possible to withdraw cash for cashback. Only the possibility of cashless payment for services is provided.
• Cashback accrued for 2024 can be used until January 31, 2025.

Where can you spend cashback?

• On local services that have joined the program. These include medical services, sports, movies, restaurants, utilities, transportation, and mobile communications.
• To support the Armed Forces of Ukraine or to buy military bonds.

About the National Cashback project.

• The state returns 10% of the purchase amount of Ukrainian goods to the buyer.
• The minimum cashback amount per month is UAH 2, the maximum is UAH 3000.
• Cashback is valid for Ukrainian goods that participate in the program, except for excisable goods.
• The participation of manufacturers and sellers in the program is voluntary, so the cashback will be valid for those goods that manufacturers have registered in the program. And in those stores that meet the conditions of the program and are registered in the program.
