Traditionally, at the beginning of the new year, we summarize the results of our activities and analyze the achievements of our team. The year 2023, one of the most difficult in the history of independent Ukraine, was no exception. Despite the full-scale war that has been going on for two years and the challenges faced by Ukrainian entrepreneurs in the new realities, PRANA continues to work, actively help the Armed Forces, pay taxes, improve and develop.

Despite the challenging working conditions, 2023 was an extremely rich year for our team with various events and achievements in both the Ukrainian and international ventilation markets. During the year, representatives of the professional team of the manufacturer took part in more than 15 events in Ukraine dedicated to business development, search for new partners and reconstruction of Ukrainian cities.

Among them, it is worth noting a significant meeting of the company’s owners Dmytro Krotov and Roman Kuzich with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Jürgen Rigterink, First Vice President of the EBRD, Matteo Patrone, EBRD Director for Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, and Lesya Kuzmenko, Deputy Director of the EBRD in Ukraine for Industry, Trade and Agribusiness Development. The participants discussed important organizational issues and outlined areas for future cooperation. Jürgen Rigterink noted that the EBRD, together with other international partners, provides comprehensive support to Ukrainian entrepreneurs in a number of promising projects, one of which is cooperation with PRANA.

We are particularly proud that this year a delegation from PRANA took part in the official trade mission of Ukraine to Kobe, Japan, where they were able to present their own products to Japanese business representatives. The event was also attended by Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi, who signed an important agreement on cooperation between the cities in the fields of business, culture, healthcare, tourism and innovation. As part of the mission, Prana representatives had a unique opportunity to present Ukrainian-made recuperators to the mayor of Kobe and other representatives of the host city.

Also, in 2023, members of our team took part in the Ukrainian business mission to sunny Greece, where Ukrainian recuperators aroused great interest among potential business partners and the target audience.

In addition, in Copenhagen, Denmark, representatives of the Ukrainian manufacturer together with the European-Ukrainian Hub presented safe and energy-saving ventilation technologies to representatives of the Danish business community.

Ukrainians had the opportunity to get acquainted with the technological products of the manufacturer at the exposition presented at the main thematic exhibition of Ukraine – AQUATHERM KYIV 2023. And at a large-scale international event dedicated to the reconstruction of Ukraine – REBUILD UKRAINE, which took place in Warsaw on February 15-16 and November 14-15, 2023.

During the year, PRANA became an active participant in other thematic events: International Export Forum, Ukrainian-Polish Business Forum, Western Ukrainian Export Forum, Ukrainian Construction Congress, etc.

In order to improve the level of service and presentation of the new model range, during the year, our team organized a series of professional trainings for dealer personnel in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Rivne, Chernivtsi, and also started cooperation with the Epicenter shopping center chain.

In an effort to provide customers with the highest level of service, PRANA worked tirelessly throughout the year to improve the level of customer service in the areas of sales, service, and installation. That is why, at the end of the year, it deservedly became the winner of the all-Ukrainian national rating “Ukrainian People’s Award 2023” in the nomination “Ventilation for the Home”!

PRANA’s partners abroad also did not stand aside, actively supporting the manufacturer’s activities and helping to strengthen its image in the international ventilation market. Thus, during 2023, thanks to the efforts of our partners, Ukrainian-made recuperators were presented at 20 specialized international exhibitions and fairs, including:

• Budma in Proznan, Warsaw HVAC Expo in Nadazhyn, and the Construction Fair in Bielsko-Biała, Poland;
• Fira de l’Energia i la Construcció Sostenible and Zamora in sunny Spain;
• Aquatherm v Nitre 2023 in Slovakia;
• House I 2023 in Riga, Latvia;
• Romtherm 2023, Bucharest, Romania;
• Kyrgyz Build 2023 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan;
• TEKTONICA 2023 in Portugal;
• Feira Internacional de Galicia and Zamora Environmental Culture Fair in Spain;
• FOR ARCH 2023 in Prague, Czech Republic;
• ENVIRO Pro in Toulouse and a thematic event for the target audience of French designers, architects, developers in Nice, France and others.

PRANA’s international department has been working hard to find new promising markets and expand its dealer network. Thanks to the efforts made, the well-known Ukrainian manufacturer has a number of new partners in Monaco, Ireland, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Greece.

In addition, this year a new concept showroom was opened in sunny Barcelona, Spain. Thanks to this, potential customers will be able to get acquainted with the model range and the principle of operation of recuperators. And also, to receive professional services in design, service, installation from our Spanish colleagues.
