On 10 September 2026, the PRANA team attended one of Lviv’s largest B2B events for the construction industry — Lviv Build Forum “Cities for People”. Held for the third time, this year’s forum brought together dozens of property developers, architects, investors and business representatives. Participants gathered to discuss key topics, including urban development, property development, architecture, Ukrainian State Building Standards (DBN), energy efficiency, marketing and changes in consumer behaviour.

For the PRANA team, participating in Lviv Build Forum was an excellent opportunity to connect with industry professionals, exchange contacts and experience with other participants, and hear valuable insights from expert speakers. We gained a wealth of useful information and would like to share some of the key takeaways with you.

One idea that particularly resonated with us was that speed only creates value when it is preceded by thorough planning. Solutions and possible scenarios should first be carefully considered before moving forward quickly and precisely.

The session on consumer behaviour and brand communication was equally insightful. Andriy Fedoriv highlighted that people do not always make decisions rationally. Therefore, businesses need not only to create high-quality products but also to understand the needs, motivations and emotions of their audiences.

Particular attention was also given to Ukrainian State Building Standards (DBN) and construction permits. During the panel discussion, the speakers explored what modern building regulations should look like. One conclusion that was especially important to us was that requirements should primarily define the desired outcomes and essential building performance indicators rather than restrict the choice of specific technologies or manufacturers. This idea is particularly relevant to PRANA. As a manufacturer of ventilation equipment, we understand how important it is to take a comprehensive approach to energy efficiency, engineering systems and people’s comfort from the earliest stages of the design process.
