This is a major business event bringing together real estate leaders, architects, retailers, and marketers to discuss trends in the construction industry, the implementation of climate solutions, and energy efficiency.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The main goal of the event was to demonstrate that modern development today is no longer limited to simply erecting concrete structures, but also involves investing in the microclimate to ensure the comfort and safety of future residents.<\/p>\n<p>The forum featured presentations by leading industry experts, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. For example, the panel discussion <strong>\u00abProspects for the Development of Commercial Spaces, or the Importance of the Microclimate<\/strong>,\u00bb featuring Roman Korzhak, CEO of the construction company <strong>Blaho<\/strong>; Boris Tsomai, marketing director of <strong>RIEL<\/strong>; Olga Lushch, director of the western region at <strong>Aclima<\/strong>; and Valeria Tymotievich \u2014 CEO and co-founder of <strong>Volta Buro<\/strong>. We gained a lot of useful information from the event.<\/p>\n<p>During the discussions, the panelists shared their vision for the future of residential and commercial real estate. They placed particular emphasis on the fact that today\u2019s clients are looking for more than just square meters; they seek a comfortable and healthy environment for living and working, which is why air quality, energy efficiency, and well-thought-out engineering solutions are becoming an integral part of modern buildings. Among the key trends in construction in the coming years are the adoption of European standards and stricter requirements for housing quality.<\/p>\n<p>Also of interest was the presentation by Andriy Ignatyuk and representatives of <strong>Aclima<\/strong> on the synergy between modern engineering and architecture. The view was repeatedly expressed that a beautiful facade is no longer enough. If a building does not provide a comfortable indoor climate, high-quality ventilation, and healthy conditions for people &#8211; it can no longer be called a modern approach to construction.
